Best non- England squad AP 23

What I think would be nice is if, once the England players are taken away, a best of Premiership squad was elected by vote and put together, but with every club represented, and this team ( as a kind of specialised barbarians) played England or the countries touring England (or Wales etc.)

Following these rules (see below) what would your 23 look like?

At least 1 starter for each Premiership side (Inc Newcastle).
No more than 3 players from any one side
No players in the England squad touring South Africa
Normal bench rules apply (3 front row)

All players are English and not currently involved in either the SA touring squad or the Baa-Baa's game including at least 1 from every team in the 15. Not a bad side. There's others, especially in the backs: Abendanon, Brady and Trinder to name just three.
