First topic message reminder :

Sláinte and welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat. The Pub has followed the victorious Leinster team home after last week's Heineken Cup final for a liver-busting celebration.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the picture of the late Simon "Human Windmill" Pitney or those of all the HEC and Amlin Cup finalists.

Good mornin Pub!

Well do ye want the good news or the good news, or whaa? Just got a text from Billy's sis.

Billy woke up this morning and started cursing at the medics. He wants to get up and out.

They had to calm him down as he cant be getting too excited. His sis says he looks horrible (no change there ) but HE said he's grand.
The man from Sixmilebridge is on the way back.

He's unreal. He's probably asking to get ready for NZ and is giving them shoite over it. Not fully checked out yet but it sounds like he's going to cause them problems, so they are sedating him and limiting visitors so he can rest.

Soooo happy now.

You know, in the midst of all this I forgot to ask about his workmates in the Chopper. I'll ask later.

Also two things, that "Call me Maybe" song is the biggest headwrecker ever The Coronas are an underrated band. Might only be able to pop in once or twice over the weekend but the way things are going I'm expectign good news.

Yep, Easterby is our new DoR. Happy that he's taken over, but this is a big knock for our region and what Nigel was looking to build.

Next season could be a bit of a wobbly one, which is a shame as it's really the season we should have been targeting again to progress further.

I wish Nigel all the best, but so wish he wasn't leaving us.

A bit late to post this but Stevie Ferris was selling a load of his stuff at maghaberry in a car boot sale this morning. Raised £900 for epilepsy action according to his FB page.

I wonder if any of the Ulster folk were down there? Think his HEC top was for sale too? I'd have popped down but I don't think any of his stuff would fit me....

Was out all day yesterday and only just read the news about Billy. This also means that I was able to swiftly move on to the good news that all will be well with him, given time. Good luck on the road to recovery, Billy, you have a plane to catch!

oooh the Millennium Stadium. I can't remember the last time I watched Wales play there and I wasn't living so close to it.

I actually think it might be the thing I'm going to miss the most about Cardiff. Made me smile every day.

Na man make it The Duck Inn, they have a pond/lake in the town with a load of ducks on it and they have their own pub on the lake. It's called The Duck Inn
