I would love to see Fury v Harrison. And would love to see Audley do a job on he of no fixed abode.
Go Audley. Be brave. Prove to them you can take a hard punch to give a harder punch. YES YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Audley keeps the dream alive...
Really? You'd like Audley to win and doom us to another few months ranting of how it's his destiny to be champ before someone else puts him in his place?
I don't know about the rest of you but I have standards to live by. Against Audley anyone gets my support, that's a long-established rule. Be it Haye, be it Chisora, be it Fury, I just want to see A-Farce humiliated.

Re: Audley keeps the dream alive...
Yes but if that happens Audley will get the ladder to his attic to retrieve his much used drawing board where he will plot his rise again and that on this occassion he will, fulfill his destiny.........
I can't help it. As much as a deluded fool he is I do have a soft spot for him. But it's not at all sexual I must add that quickly!

I too have a soft spot for the deluded fool, I must admit, it's a strange fascination watching Audley fight, he frustrates me but I still wanna watch him, I don't get it.
Loving the drawing board, loving the dream, come on Audley take out the Klitschkos and recapture the glory of the HW division!!

When you consider that Channel Five are promoting Fury and their boxing knowledge stands alongside their ability to produce sensitive and thought provoking documentaries, I'm sure a fight with Harrison would Be a relative success for them.

Would anyone give Harrison a decent chance at beating Fury?

Re: Audley keeps the dream alive...
I reckon Audley can still pull a reasonable audience, especially on terrestrial. I think Fury would like this fight very much, see it as an easy payday and bang on about how 'he's an Olympic gold medallist, so he's no mug'.
Audley's game outside the ring never fails to impress me, after his farce of a career he still manages to carry himself with some kind of dignity, I can't help but respect him for that. Surely a career in politics awaits...

Audley is entertaining. Not in a boxing ring mind. But he is fun. He should be a promoter. Warren has conned the public long enough, why not let Audley continue to con us.
Shame really as he had some talent in boxing.

I see Audley's talking on Twitter about how he's 'back with a bang' and 'back in the hunt'. Maybe if he was 30 he would have half a chance of redemption but he's not, he's 40 and has about as much chance of winning the HW World Title as I do.

Vitali's been ducking him for years now. Pathetic really from someone who calls themselves a "champ."
Lewis retired because he saw Audley coming. Lewis was all brains and no skill.
and some people go to bed wearing superman pyjamas. Superman goes to bed wearing Chuck Norris pyjamas. Chuck Norris goes to bed wearing Audley Harrison branded boxing trunks.
A-Force baby.

Re: Audley keeps the dream alive...
Saw a cam recording of the fight on youtube..
I dont care what people say Audley had talent, but was too into TV deals and glamor and not focused enough..
I also think when he was knocked out by Sprot he was never the same and while always defensive that just put him in too much of a shell. A shame as it was a lucky punch while he was winning the fight..
Now?, he is 40, slower and has not changed..
He backs off when people attack and just takes cover waiting till he can sniff out an opening, but any boxer with loads of power and a bit of speed will beat him as they will knock him out before he finds that opening.. fair play ho found the opening with Adams and beat him.. but Fury? I just cant see it.
He has a decent punch and its not as if Fury is lightning quick so who knows but my money would be ok Fury stopping him in the 7th.. As for Price he would do him in 2.
And im not an Audley hater, I just think 40 years old is a bit late to offer your best...

You got to give Audley credit for sticking it out this long. Many fighters would have hanged them up by now.

I just watched the footage now. The Klit bros will definitely be avoiding Audley after that performance. The dream is indeed alive

If them kissing and making up means that we don't have to endure another dance off between the two because a lot of people sent emails to Haye saying that they wanted him to fight Audley, or because people kept saying the same when they bumped in to him shopping in Asda, then I'm all for it.

Should be a cracker. I can see Fury stopping him in the ninth.

We had some representatives from the Council of United Nomadic Travellers Society turn up in our village back in March. They parked on a field right next to the only kiddies playground we have. After a mammoth battle to ask them to move on, they finally did but then the local council refused to build some concrete bollards to stop it happening again. One of the local farmers decided to take matters into his own hands and used a tractor to place a huge rock in front of the grass verge they had originally driven up. Then the police prosecuted the poor farmer!
I don't think Tyson Fury was there but it is a cool story.

Audley does not really let his hands go until the end of the 3rd... He also looked a bit heavy, either getting old or taking this fight a bit lightly..

bearing in mind adams was just a glorified bouncer, it wasn't exactly impressive from audley. Not sure why he suddenly feels ready for fury or price.
Audley would be a step down for both, although good box office.
I dont really buy this Glorified bouncer... cab driver... so on... excuse.. if you can box you can box, he has a very good trainer who was happy to work with him, so obviously has something about him..
No he was not great but Audley did what one would expect from a person who wants a better challenge knock him out at the start of rd4...
Thing is, Audley would be a good tune up for Fury.. probably a half decent pay day and one he ...well, would expect to win right? I think thats it, mock Audley as much as they like but he is still risky..
Fury will knock him out but he is also quite open and if Audley gets him with his left, he could beat Fury and I dont think Fury will want to risk loosing to Audley Harrison...
