Annoying when

You have not played for about 2 months, been hitting balls at the range quite well, been looking forward to starting the bank holiday weekend with a game, and then your mate pulls out with an injury.

Now have to wait another 3 weeks.

Very annoying.

You can still play. I used to play on my own quite a lot. But more likely, you will find someone to play with. Golfers rarely leave golfers on their own.
