I was the first person of my nationality to be presented with a Heineken Cup medal
My first international was in 2004 and I was in two Heinken Cup Finals set 5 years apart.

I captained the U21 side of the country of my birth to a significant trophy and I said I didn't just want to play for that country but I wanted to be a great player for that country.
I subsequently won 26 caps for another country and in my first international season scored a match winning try against the country of my birth.
