John Cena has held the wwe title 1058 days, more than 3 years since he debuted in 2002!
How can we have hope of up and comers when they majority of the time go back to the tried and tested plan b of if all else fails give the belt to cena.

This isn't unique to the last ten years though, it's always been common to return to the tried and tested methods when new things don't quite work out.

yes it sys alot of how bad it has been that one guy has held one of the top titles for over 3 years.
