In 1899 Willie Llewellyn scored 4 tries on his international debut. It was against England. Also Yoshikazu Fujita scored 6 tries for Japan on his debut last month. That wasn't against England but instead it was UAE.

If my memory serves me correctly Greyghost, Goldie got a hattrick v Scotland on debut in 93

James O'Connor against Italy playing at fullback. Technically he had got a cap before then, but he was only on the pitch a few minutes as a blood replacement.

Not sure if this counts but Scott Williams scored three in his first start, being against Namibia though is a tad less impressive than the opposition being Ireland.
