Whose opinion do you agree with?
I thought I would start a thread not specifically about wrestling but more about who you find that you agree with on a regular basis.
The reason I ask the question is that there are certainly quite a few people on this section with strong views and also far flung views.
Do you find that you are regularly agreeing with certain posters or are you a lone star in your opinion (ie you like Heath Slater).
For me, I always seem to end up agreeing with Zoot - when ever I read through a hot debate, I find myself agreeing with certain things. Invariably, when I look at who wrote them, it ends up being Zoot. So well done on being a well balanced individual Mr Zoot!

Re: Whose opinion do you agree with?
I don't really agree with anyone.
Perhaps Crimey has my ear the most. He speaks a lot of sense and tends to present good balanced views. Not just on wrestling, but all sorts. It sounds quite patronising, but it's not intended to - but he is wise beyond his years.
But even then he says many things which are wrong to me.

I dont think anyone really agrees with you either ED!
Brady always seems to be on my wavelength, i like reading Dr Gregory House's posts too.
I havent contributed anything worthwhile for a long time so the newbies probably take me for a wum.

Just the newbies?
To be fair. I limit my contribution to just my thoughts on Heath Slater these days, so people also probably take me for WUM.
Shame. I used to be a contender.

Sounds like something I would say but I can't remember it!
You are alright Mr H...for a kumquat.
Re: Whose opinion do you agree with?
I once got a PM'd apology out of Mr. H
It's framed, on my wall, next to my "Heath Slater : Your Thoughts" article.
It's being considered for induction as a wonder of the world due to its rarity.

Mine........
Seriously though it varies, all the people make sense half the time or half the people make sense all of the time.
I go on each post on its merit and not on name value attached to the post.

Hobo wont mind, and its not as if im going off topic in a bad way, its England afterall.
What's that Fosters Gold like i've never had it? Seems a bit watery? I'm out in town with the lads to watch it, its my birthday next week so we're celebrating that too.
I'm going 3-1 England tonight.

I won't wish you happy birthday because I'm not bothered, but have a good time
Fosters Gold is a bit like one of them crisper lager's you get on the continent. A bit like a Corona (nowhere near as nice) but about half the price. You get what you pay for. But it's nicer than most of these kind of pub lagers

He is a wum. He thinks Heath Slater will win a singles title.
Thanks for the birthday wishes ED, i'll have to give Fosters Gold a try then, i dont usually like Fosters or Carling, they tend to be as flat as a witches Holly Wilaboobie.

Re: Whose opinion do you agree with?
That's what hurts the most. When people say I'm a WUM just because I'm championing someone who I believe has a lot of potential.
My wife says why do you cry yourself to sleep at night?
Unfulfilled dreams?
Lost love ones?
Abusive uncle?
And I say no.... no wife... its none of those things. It is that they just won't believe me.
Who are they?
It doesn't matter.... goodnight.

Re: Whose opinion do you agree with?
Dam how did I only just find this thread..
I agree
It's strange cos a lot of the people I disagree with the most I respect the most as I can see their points most clearly.
ED and Heath Slater for example although it is a bit of a running joke I do see the potential that Slater has just don't think it will happen. Y2D2 - ok most of your posts are the random thoughts ones but I find them a real highlight and get the reason for a lot of the humour.

So what you are saying is that as I agree with you most of the time, I must be the person you respect the least!
Re: Whose opinion do you agree with?
No stop twisting my words oh great founder.
I agree with you a lot and respect you but I sometimes don't end up being drawn in by what you say as I agree with it too much.
I'd disagree though with myself here though as that Building a Star article is a right cracker.

Greg and H always come up with good contributions though the other I would add would be Don Caboose who also has good and insightful opinions on stuff.

Then I also agree with your opinion
Though an extra vote might put you in a winning position
Which I wouldn't agree with
I need to consider this
