Lee and his team shouldn't go ahead with the fight then. HBO will get involved and they will be forced to weigh the gloves.

If Lee and his team say they aren't fighting because of the gloves then HBO will step in and try and make peace. Lee is trained by Steward who works for HBO that should give him some leverage.

Merchant and co aren't the men who run HBO they are just the boxing team. If Lee and his team say the fight is off unless the gloves get weighed HBO would tell Chavez' team to get the gloves weighed or its cash out of their pockets and Bob Arum won't stand for losing cash.

HBO are a TV station and not a moral police force. Who cares if he was peed whilst driving? Why would HBO cares if he shags hookers. Its what he does with boxing gloves and not marigolds that matter.

Whad any other fighter (apart from pacquiao) been caught, guarantee Merchant or kellerman would mention it in the ring interview to cause a stir.
