Rugby outlook for next couple of seasons Empty Rugby outlook for next couple of seasons

Well today was another good day of rugby all round, in the NZ/Oz/SA games.

One thing I’m excited about is I think all the sides are rebuilding after the RWC. New coaches, players and strategies. Last week the AB/Ire game was a bit one sides, as I think was today’s SA game, but all close enough to think once the sides gelled there will be some awesome clashes next season.

Those who thought England was swamped today may be correct, but remember the tour of 98, tour from hell, from which rose a side that was number one for about 3 years, north and south.

I found the bok’s play today very exciting, it is almost someone has taken the leash off a side and let them go out and play. The kiwis I think will be a force to be reckoned with still, a new’ish side and coach, not at their best but winning. The Welsh I think needs just a bit more self belief and luck, and really tough luck to the Irish, felt they played the best for a long time.

Scotland are merrily going on their way winning their matches, that will be good for the 6Ns to have a strong and confident Scottish side.
So in summary I think that the future for rugby for the next couple of seasons will be very exciting!

I agree ozt. In fact the autumn internationals could be very interesting as well. The juniors from the NH and SH look talented and in 3 years they could be amongst it all as well.

The IRB will find a way to mess that prediction up.

Don't see much change from the norm. Sanzar are winning their games as they normally do, and integrating new players into their teams as they do so.

There is no reason to suppose the balance of power is shifting at all, so the outlook is simply more of the same.
