Think you made a mistake there Hero......
Long term injury, few games. Lacked pace BEFORE the injury.....god knows how slow he would be after. If people rate him on past exploits, then he is a good buy. But he hasn't been around.

I disagree Twist, Vidic is still rated by most as top three best centrebacks in the world.

Shall be interesting to see since apparently if they don't play their not rated Wilshere etc
I don't think split subo/hummels is a wise idea tbh any gain ud get would be lost by a lack not working together regulary

I see it like Wilshere. Both coming back off long term injuries. But will both be upto it when they come back? I personally think both will tbh

Re: The 606v2 Fantastic Fantasy Football Homepage page XIX
You THINK they will....that is the problem.
I would sooner have a CB playing regular but worth less than Vidic, that someone who has had a big injury, hardly played last season and reaching the end of his career.

Fergie won't get shot of him and I don't get where you're coming from on that he's not the player he was.
In the 6 games he played in the league prior to him getting the injury Utd conceded 2 goals.
He's also going to be fit for the coming season.

Re: The 606v2 Fantastic Fantasy Football Homepage page XIX
So you are basing his form on what happened nearly a year ago?
Like Nando said, it be interesting to see how people rate him.

Re: The 606v2 Fantastic Fantasy Football Homepage page XIX
With the choice of Hummels, Chiellini or Vidic I think I'll do okay.
And I've always based decisions on player performance on a perspective of the last two years, for me that gives a good guide of both form and class.

Re: The 606v2 Fantastic Fantasy Football Homepage page XIX
I'd be a hypocrite if I was to praise Vidic now when was blasting Wilshere the other day, the only saving grace for Vidic is that he has performed for more then one year and was classed as the best in his position.
I think you've made a blunder Hero, you were doing fine with Subotic.
