6WF Trash Talk: THE REVENGE

First topic message reminder :

6WF is an efed set on these 606 boards and has a great selection of promoers. It is currently run by Mat and King Beer.

Trash Talk is the place where all the 6wFers have the chance to talk about anything and everything (within reason!). It's also a place where newbies can enquire about entering the mad, mad world of 6WF.

We just had a time attack match which "mixed it up a bit"

Clarke James has never had a World Title shot (as far as I remember)
Uryu has never had a World Title shot, and worked bloody hard over the last year to promo himself into the scene - he's deserved it for a long time.

But it's not the same as WWE, you get rewarded for your promos. So if you make more of an effort to promo then you might get pushed.

McManus looks close to starting a feud with somebody who was a world champion because he's being rewarded for good promos.

And as ED said, Uryu has just been pushed for his promos.

Bull our MITB is fight for the right which crimey won and cashed in on blue dragon. That and freshers ball which is cashed in on the lower titles.

Id say the main event is quite fresh atm with Crimey, Sainty, JJ, Chaos, Chris Patricks, Cassius and possibly Clarke James/Uryu/McManus bordering it.

In the last year both Chaos and Patricks became bonefide main eventers, I can see McManus and James being in the same position by this time next year (and Marsh if he returns)

We have the Freshers Ball, Bull. And Crimey is right, promo and you'll get there. Logan and Uryu have main evented, as has Dragon.

And to add to opportunities bull you've faced both Sainty and Cassius in extended feuds, I would have loved to have faced them in my first 6 months here!

In fact I'd love a feud against Cassius in the future, same with JJ....

There was a match I saw from Japanese wrestling were they had 2 large boards across the ring and crossed over each other balanced on each turn buckle and the winner of the match ad to throw the other person of the board it was quite funny to watch.

I was reading a column on Lords of Pain a while back where some guy was posting about the worst gimmick matches he'd ever come across, number 1 was an '@nal explosion' match in Japan
