A quick prediction for 1000th Raw

Heath Slater is facing legends each week. The segment is starting to grow on people. The rumour is that it will come to an end at the 1000th Raw. So my prediction is, at the 1000th Raw, Slater will talk some trash and we will see the return of...

Would love it to be the Honky Tonk Man agasint Heath Slater at 1000th RAW.

It won't be Stone Cold , as if they would waste one of, if not the greatest WWE wrestler of all time, first match in over 10 years on a surprise Raw match against Heath Slater.

I think Slater could somehow insult the Uso's and Rikishi could come out to defend his boys

Who says it'll be a match. SCSA could just come out and destroy Slater like DDP did this week.

Bret Hart is being advertised for the show so my money is on him.

Allot of pressure on creative to get this right. IMO they will do well to live up to expectations. Personally, I would love to see Rock and Austin back in the same ring for a segment, for me the two guys who made it what the business is what it is today, apart from Hogan.

Slater will get Hart imo, SCSA won't be wasted on him like others have said, or Taker for that matter. Maybe Taker will set up another match for next year, possible have Shawn Michaels come out as part of it and say he will have one final match, a final chance at the streak. Taker comes out and accepts. I would love it, HBK to take the streak finally.

I think Austin will be the guest GM, can see Rock definatly making an appearance, probably just cutting a promo either live or via satellite and Bret facing Slater. Can see Michaels making an appearance as well, maybe getting involved with Triple H/Brock/Heyman angle. I think Taker will be there. Really looking forward to this, WWE will really push the boat out.

Hoping for "Oh you didn't know" to interrupt Slater next week.

I really hope its not Bret Hart, he is so uncomfortable to watch nowadays both in action and just talking!
Plus, I'm enjoying the fact that the legends that have come out so far are not the same old faces they bring out every 6 months or so. Its been really surprising and refreshing to see Vadar, Psycho Sid and DDP. Not so much Doink....
For the 1000th Raw I think it would be amazing to be the Ultimate Warrior. That really would be the ultimate surprise!
I have a feeling it might be Flair though?

Mig is spot on in my opinion.

Keep the acts obscure (ish) - acts like D'Lo Brown, MVP or going back further like Okebono, Rikishi, Jimmy Snuka, hell even the Godfather!

But the biggest and best would be TUW.

Id laugh if the rating for the 1000th episode comes in under 3.0!

I can see the Slater segment being lame though and someone like Jericho will come out and totally spoil it!

I saw a Youtube video of Flo-Rida talking about Slater, he had his face on punch pads in the gym, they showed Slaters tweets and hyped up Flo-Rida beating him up.

That's all gone a bit cold now though. I don't expect a match to happen anymore.

Slater tried though, and got a tiny bit of mainstream exposure from it.

I worry that Slater's going to be like, when you're a fan of a one man band who are a bit underground that not a lot of people know about, then they break into the mainstream, you don't like that other people start liking them.
Now that Mr. H likes the band, it might be a bit too mainstream now, because Mr H isn't cool. I might have to go and find the next future star before anyone else.

quick question, do you think we're gonna get many matches? lol, thats a serious question! I can see it being 2 and a half hours of segments with a few squashes here and there! would love to see a 5 star match with Punk defending the title and celebrating with the crowd after, but that's not going to happen!
