So with the Euros over and the World Cup 2 years away, time seems right to move on from some of the older players.
I'd pick

Smalling
A Cole
Rodwell

Wilshere
Oxdale Chamberlain
Rooney
Crouch
I'd pick

I though McEachran wasn't great on loan? I also don't know if either guys are defensive mdifielders but is Schweinsteiger can convert I guess they can.

McEachran didnt really get to play out on loan, he will be a great midfielder and should get games at chelsea this season. Wilshere is the unknown as to whether he'll ever recover from his injury properly
Re: England - The Future
Ankle fracture isn't it? Shouldn't be too serious to recover from. My thoughts on how England could improve things are here: http://www.sportpulse.net/content/looking-german-model-improve-england-3829
Should be on the V2journal soon hopefully. It will cause some controversy more than likely.

Cole will be 33 come 2014 Baines will be 29 and Bertrand will probably be challenging Cole and only be 24

I can guarantee if you weren't a Chelsea fan you wouldn't have Sturridge up front. Far too selfish, I don't think he ever looks up. McEachran will not be ready in two years time either, you can slowly incorporate him into the side but I don't even think he'll be playing regularly for Chelsea in 2014 never mind England.
I don't think Jones is going to end up a centre back to be honest, I think he'll be a right back or midfielder, I think his versatility will prove his curse and he won't ever break into the England squad all the time because they don't know where to play him. I imagine Chris Smalling would be breaking into the side by this point.

Re: England - The Future
Wouldnt be too keen seeing Gerrard and A.Cole still in the team given the age at the time of the tournament. Having said that, I'm not sure who could replace them at the moment.
Overall, I'd say its too early to tell. Cahill, Smalling, Walker, Wilshere and Ox will probably break into the first team while I'd imagine that Rooney and Hart will mantain their places.
New talent could emerge within that time to make up the rest of the squad.

Re: England - The Future
I don't think you can say look to the future, yet include Crouch (33) Cole (33) and Gerrard (34), ages are how old they'd be in 2014. Wilshere and Rodwell have had bad injuries, so I don't think they can be considered for a while yet.
I would completely do what France did, rip up the team and start again.
Hart has to be our number one, there's nobody else out there who can challenge him. Smalling and Jones have both had impressive seasons for United, and were the England U21 partnership, they must be a part of our plans. Gary Cahill and Glen Johnson are both good players for me. As for the left back role, Kieran Gibbs, if he gets over his injuries, and Leighton Baines, are our main candidates. For now I would go for Baines, Gibbs is more of a prospect.
In midfield, we should give Rodwell, Cleverley and Wilshere time, but not yet. They have all had injury lay offs, and would not consider them till next year for our games, if they play well for Everton, United and Arsenal respectively. While I'm not a fan of Henderson personally, he seems to have a lot of admirers and should be given the chance to show what he can do. I feel that we do need an experienced man in there in a defensive role. One of Parker, Barry or Carrick should be there, who would be 32/33 in 2014.
We have the best talent in attack at the moment. Oxlade Chamberlain, Walcott, Welbeck, Sturridge, Conor Wickham are all big players who can do something. Rooney must also still be involved.
From that, my starting XI in 2014 should be:
------------------------Hart----------------------
Johnson------Jones-----Smalling-----Baines
---------------Barry*---------Wilshere**------
Walcott----------------------------------Oxlade
----------------------Rooney---------------------
---------------------Welbeck---------------------
*Or Carrick/Parker
** Or Rodwell/Cleverley
