You have a feeling this is their 'reward' for winning their court case? It should be a good chance for the Tigers fans to let London Welsh know what they think of them. Or it could be the first big upset of the season!!

They could have had an easier start couldnt they?
I wonder if Tigers fans will make it practically a home game for them?

Best time to play Tigers is at the start of the season, they are reknownedly slow starters. Harlequins away the following week as well though, that's two very tough matches to start the campaign off with.
Good start from a Tigers point of view, LW then Wuss to ease us into the season and get us up to full speed before Quins come to town. Retribution will be demanded from the baying WR crowd.

More of a home fixture for Tigers I think, could be a savage drubbing.

Quins with Tigers then Sarries in back to back fixtures.
Like the first 3 rounds though - LDH at Twickenham then 2 home games.

It may be a tough fixture for LW, but these were the type of fixtures they want to be playing. So in some ways the perfect way for them to start as they'll understand the intensity needed pretty quickly.

We never play well over the Christmas period, so we have a ready made excuse!

At least LW will be on the Tele for the first couple of games. They will enjoy the exposure.

Haha, if by exposure, you mean getting six of the best in public, then you're probably right.
I think quite a lot of people under estimated the likes of Exeter when they first got promoted but I don't think London Welsh have a similar chance to be honest.

True quarrybends. Yep Exeter were definitely underestimated but in their first season proved themselves to be no pushovers. They've carried on the trend.
I agree that Londonwelsh shouldn't give the same challenge. Two hammerings in their first two games won't help confidence.
