She made a mistake but that's a bit harsh.

Fed was on the ropes until the turning point in the second set. I was becoming seriously worried because the crowd was so heavily behind Murray but I still can't believe Fed managed to take that second set out of nowhere! Changed the whole dynamic of the match.

Definitely agree on that. It was hilarious listening to the BBC commentary until Murray lost the the second set, it was full on hysterical, I mean it was only the first set and they got so carried away. I know it was a big occasion for Murray, but cooler heads should prevail until Murray had the second set. The first set was important for Murray, but not for Federer and I said that before the match and so it's proven.

It's the BBC hyperbole that made me shut it off. I would be more for the British players if they weren't so damn biased in favour of the Brit. Still, it wasn't quite as bad as the Henman years!

Well in the past Simon Reed said "Murray is the real No.1" when he was no.4 or no.5 in the world, so Barker have to work hard to get her pay check.

But Jokes apart, to some extend yes Murray had the match i control till the mid part of 2nd set where Fed saved Break points several times, if one of the break points would have gone Murray's way the match would have been a complete different story, but thats Federer, he kept himself cool and made sure he come out of that hole and blast Andy out when he got his chances.

What I liked in today's game is how well Fed kept his cool when Andy was playing great, signs of the champ.

While so happy for Fed, I was a bit heart broken for Andy, I wish he wins USO against Djoko in the finals to prove a point to his detractors.

I had to have a chuckle as Sue Barker when she was doing some crowd spotting and said "And I can see Alex Ferguson, the First Minister of Scotland has arrived".

No Sue, the First Minister of Scotland is Alex Salmond.

She looked really old and craggy on TV yesterday I have to say. They need someone new...maybe they'll line Castle up with his presenting credentials. Ideally they need Marcus Buckland.

Her and Clare Balding need taken out with the post-Wimbledon clean-up rubbish.

... but she has a bazooka and isn't afraid to use it.

I'd watch the BBC coverage more if someone like Kirsty Gallagher was presenting...

What was he doing there anyway? Plastic politician trying to get some reflected glory for his pathetic cause. I wanted Murray to win, but I'm glad he didn't if it means that idiot doesn't get anything out of it.
