As it is back in topic we may (not likely as it is in noones interest) see Europe split in two.

When professionalism rolled into Europe the Rabo nations were not long seeing their best players picked by the richer English teams.

If we have a split the IRFU may be able to keep 3/4 of the players they have now at best as the richer English and French have an arms race.
Wales, Scotland and Italy may not be so lucky.

The Rabo cup would contiune to grow but it would be five years at least before they could be back to the money they would lose.

If there is a split how do you see the players being affected and inturn the National teams.

The opposite could be true but not likely.
