Tactics
- Quins to play at a high tempo. This is shown by our selection of Tom Heathcote over the Conservative Farrell at stand off as we intend to move the ball into the wide channels and move the Welsh pack.
- Our team is filled with gain line breakers such as Corbs , Etzebeth , Robshaw , Alberts , Fofana , AAC and North.
- Kvesic is still learning the game but has cracking skills on the deck and is handy in the tight which will let Alberts get his hands on the ball and punch holes and let Robshaw play a linking role throughout the team.
- Hargreaves will put plenty of pressure on the Welsh lineout and look to make a mess of things there.
- Our backs will look to come onto the ball from deep and run at the defense with plenty of off the ball movement to pull defenders out of position and create the holes.
- Take points when on offer.

Tactics
- James and Wilson are solid technicians and will secure our own feed, to provide first phase possesion for our backs. james will look to put pressure on the young Sinckler on the Quins feed.
- With a strong lineout, POC will lead the lineout and use Mumm as a banker ball at the front of the line with POC jumping in the middle. If winning own ball POC will look to cut the lineout to five, to allow Easter and Gibson to get a chance to run at the defence in open field.
- Gibson and Brussow will the attack the breakdown, their skills will provide another source of possesion from turnovers. Pienaar will be behind the rucks to supply any turnover possesion to our wide men as soon as possible why the defence is in disarray.
- Off any first phase possesion, there will be a strike runner to get over the gainline to provide quick ball whilst the opposition defence is still organising itself.
- Evans and Pienaar will direct traffic and marshall the attacking forces. Pienaar will marshall the forwards and Evans will pull the strings, looking for the runs of Waldlouck off his shoulder or to allow Wald to release our dangerous roaming back three.
- Pienaar and Evans will kick all points, unless POC dictates we have a dominate set piece at the moment in time.

Decent looking team mate. Will get mine up when I get home.
If anyone fancies making a fried fly against someone else get your teams in by ten tonight and I'll add them to page. Then we can get predos in!

Re: Midweek Friendly
Sarries 14 - 19 Exeter
Exeter hold their own in the front five, just. Too much in the back row and half backs and centres though and they have enough to edge it. The spine of 6 7 8 9 10 12 13 wins it

Re: Midweek Friendly
Welsh 22- 26 Quins
Front row- won by Quins, Corbs the best on show in tight
Second row- edged by Welsh due to POC's class
Back row- Overall Quins win- Robshaw, Kvesic and Alberts looks beastly and combines to overcome Broussow at the breakdown.
HBs- won easily by Welsh- nothing wrong with young Heathcote or Burgess but Pienaar is a very good 9 and I love Nev
Centres- Quins have way more class, even if I don't rate Fofana defensively
Back 3- Welsh win, Jane just ahead of North and Ojo and Abs equal to or better than Payne and Short
Bench- Quins just

Harlequins 27-25 London Welsh
Pretty equal up front but imagine James doing Snickler over for some pens to Welsh. Cracking Engine rooms to both sides and nothing between them and similar in backrows with Bruss prob getting nudge on the breakdown but Quins with a bit more carrying.
Halfback to Welsh with Evans a class above Heathcote, although back to Quins with a fantastic centre partnership that would dismantle the Welsh pair. Great back 3's.
Where have these teams came from??????
Great game, Quins just shade. Welsh need a bit of quality in the centres.

Re: Midweek Friendly
No point in no restrictions.. 10 managers will take 5/10 mins of their time for the result to come out 30 - 20 and be no help for either side. At least with no ints we find out about our sides.
No worries, I'm in no rush to boost your ego!

My ego??? Unsure what yr on talking about.
I'd never in the real game name a side with no Int in it and if I did to please you it would include kids nobody had heard of. What would I learn from that??
I said I wasn't fussed, just fancied a quick game without drama's.
