Will any of these teams win the Webb Ellis Cup for the 1st time within the next five RWC Finals?

Have Korea even got a rugby team?

I think you should replace Will with Would as only 5 teams Can win the next 5 WC's but any number of variables could effect which 5, but there's surely a larger number which could.

IMO Oz, NZ, SA, Argentina, Eng, Fra, Wales, Ireland, Italy & Scotland could win one of the next 5, or at least stand a decent chance.

I think it's too soon for USA, Russia, Georgia or Japan but the 5 after that could well see one of those win multiples!

I'd like to vote for England but it's not on the list.

Nah, England have only won the thing once - the others twice . Given England's track record with major sporting world cups it's be another 50 years or so before they manage another . I assume that's why HERSH left England of the list ...

It kinda is. I would include Madagascar on the list, they beat Namibia like, so surely they're more deserving. My money is on Korea though.

I think we all know England are goign to win the next 5 RWCs. We might as well give up now.

Korea seem to be doing well on the poll but North Korea is worth a shout. They won't be so ronery forever. I think their pack could contain a few WMDs.

Even if they don't win they will be seen as world champions at home.

My money would be on France from that list can't see anyone else doing it, unless Russia and USA keep making the progress that they are.

England deserve respect as the only side to have made back to back finals,The Boks because they`ve won 2 out of 2 Finals.The All Blacks deserve respect because they are on matches played THE most successful RWC side.Also because they have consistently but for brief blips been THE best team in rugby since 1987.France deserve respect because they made 3 finals and must surely at some point win one.Australia deserve respect because they have won 2 out of 3 finals.What is more germane will there be an all NH final in the next 5 RWCs.

Well 3 finals to go along with England's 3, NZ's 3, SA's 2 and Australia's 3 you'd think France's strike rate in the finals will eventually improve. You get yourself into that many finals and you're in with a good shout. But then again SA have shown that if you can get into a final you can make it count. Wales might have struggled to get past the semis but might make it count if they reach a final. You never know.

It's a moot point anyway. Now that we have the monkey off our backs, the next 5 are NZ's.

But England have already won it so can't be 1st time winners!

Meh, we'll probably win in 2019, we tend to do it every 12 years, unlike other teams who wait for home advantage every 24 years.

I can understand why you choose France. can you explain why you think Russia and USA will win in the next 5 RWC's.

Russia and USA are insane choices. Neither can beat Italy let along challenge for RWC honours.

Like Hersh said, top 20 below the top 4, so yes, some no chancers in that list. You could trim it to top 10 if you want it to look vaguely plausible. Can't be bothered to look it up, but has anyone have a bookies account on which to check the prices for 2015 ?

HERSH, only teams that make it to the knock-out stages have a chance of winning the world cup. Italy can't do that, yet they are a far better team than USA/Russia. Where is the logic?
