Everytime I have visited for football, boxing or work I have been met with a wall of ignorance.
Not saying all Londoners are like that, but probably around 99% are
Maybe you're the ignorant one.......#justsaying

Went on a stag do a couple of months ago, brilliant city for such an evening.
Apparently it has cultured things to see as well... Can't say i'm interested in that stuff but if you are a fan then it has more than good bars.
It is also home to the greatest team in England (except Man UTD, Man City, Arsenal and Tottenham)
Thought drinking was the culture of Tyneside??

Na, I'm a social, affable fellow. Just find when asking directions/where is good to go people walk past without even acknowledging my existance. I get enough of that treatment at home.

I buck the trend. Not really a fan of this binge drinking culture (anymore). Much prefer feeling fresh on a Sunday and going out for a run or boxing.
That said, I plan on being so drunk this weekend for the football I may forget my own name. Nice to blow off some steam every once in a while.

Better than Sheffield? I remember Sheffield being pretty good for a night out, but not as good as [b] Leeds [b]
Naturally.

Ahh, well that's just misuse of the word ignorant then. They were not ignorant, they were rude.
And yes, that is London. One of the Freakenomics books did a good bit on it focusing on New York and London and why residents are always perceived as rude, suggested it was to do with the higher opportunity cost of time here. Make of that what you will.

Martinez out, Molitor in. I think this will be a much bigger step up for Frampton, and a potential banana skin. Martinez is a one dimensional banger, Molitor is a much craftier pro, mixing in much better circles (past best), and known stateside.
This really could announce Frampton on the world stage, tough fight.

If he does manage to beat Molitor I'll start to take notice. I don't see it though, Molitor has always looked a classy operator, that said I haven't seen him box for over a year, anyone know if he's on the slide?

Full credit to Frampton and McGuigan they seem to really want to go places and tackle challenges head on.

Well going by this guys preview their is little point in even bothering to watch it as the result is a given

Helmet!!
Alex agreed - In a time where this board is consistently filled with people whining about the 'slow' manner in which fighters (especially British for some reason) are being brought along, it is great to see this announcement...I hope he gets the credit he deserves for taking this one.
While I don't rate Molitor as highly as others have touted in the past their is no doubt he is a amongst the top 10 best fighters in his division. He is a classy operator although does have a tendency, IMO, to overlook some fighters...proven in his bouts against Booth & his first against Ndlovu (in which he lost).
He has a height & reach advantage over Frampton which will come in to factor early on I feel, however I rate Frampton's ability to change up his style and I think he has the better boxing smarts.
I can see Frampton losing a couple of the first few rounds but then I see him closing down the space and turning the fight into an inside one....
I'm going to go for a bold prediction and actually say I think Frampton will stop him late on...thereby announcing himself as a real contender within the division.

Aren't BN24 pretty anti-UK fighters generally?? Sure I've read some shocking articles on their in the past.
