Reports are that Inter have had a £21.2m fee agreed for Moura though there seems to be a lot of reports stating Moura himself now has his heart only set on a move to Utd.

Question though has to be asked what on earth did Utd offer then really?
And why on earth they aren't matching/bettering that figure?

Apparently Man U's bid of £31m (approx) was rejected, so either that was rubbish or Inter agreeing a £21m deal is rubbish.

U21 for the cup is if the player is 21 or under at the start of the season.

Hero's said on the chatbox that the star player limit is staying at £35m

Right, so someone who is 22 on the 26th August would qualify as U21?

if we start the season before then yeah

I need to decide a foreign offer based on it...

I have four sets of votes for the championship. I will add my own votes to make five too and I'll send to nandonator by 2:30.
