TP limit doesn't increase - it will in fact drop
Or that was what had been agreed between us in the runnery bit.

I got a different impression from Hero Sod when I was talking about a possible target at the £26.5m price.
Would be good to definate confirmation as it will effect other deals

If we halted it for the season break last time then we should do the same this time round. Apologies if this changes anyones TP plans.

I'd planned for it being halted, it would change my plans if it wasn't halted, not that I would be too bothered. Does it mean it would go up to £26.5M at Season 3 Week 2? I believe we waited until Week 2 this season.

Morning. I'll just get it out there and say "I don't like Cazorla" but not for my usual petty reasons. He once scored a last minute free-kick to deny me winning a bet.

Was that vs Real?
Cracking free kick, I'd only just turned on the game too.

Bull wins. Lucas never signed for Man Utd and probably won't. Money grabber.

I don't see how he wins as a Utd fan. Another player you have missed out on.

Surely that depends on how good Lucas turns out to be. It might be a good thing for United to miss out

That team that PSG are putting together is starting to look increasingly formidable now though. It's basically become the ultimate version of this!

That is true, but I think he will be a quality player. But missing out on a target isn't a good thing in terms of how it looks for your club, no matter who the player is

Not a position Arsenal needed to strengthen, but a good signing none the less.
Sahin coming out will be the important one with Wilshere's injury

You can't really complain to be honest if Malaga weren't broke you'd be adding another 10-15m to his price.

Malaga are odd
Billionaire owner, and they're selling assets on the cheap - ahead of a Champions League season
I read a piece on it in the Guardian about how the owners turn up at the last minute with the money, but clearly Malaga couldn't wait this time

Isn't the Malaga owner having trouble paying his own debts, therefore is in no position to bankroll the club further. Expectation is that he will pull out.
They also have the FFP regulations to look at, and they just don't have the kind of income to support the players they have

It didn't suggest the owner was in financial trouble personally, but it wouldn't shock me
It just made out that he was unreliable with when he'll appear and when the money would be made available - if it ever was!
