After discussions with Russell, we have decided the Crawley District Cup be played over a Best of 5 Series.
Game 1 of 5 is tomorrow, the rest throughout the close season. Will get some of you to do quick votes (score and scorers) without the need for reasons if that's ok?

Team Instructions:
Go out there and get some match fitness. Show me what you can do. Keep it nice and tight when we’re defending. No higher than on the edge of the area. Hold firm and don’t let them push you deeper. Zonally mark, tonight with constant pressure on the man with possession.
When going forward, I want Oscar to be our primary playmaker. Look to use the pace and width, in which Walcott and Draxler will provide. Also, utilise the strength and flair of Lukaku and Dembele, to really put their defence to the test.
Tonight is mainly about showing me what you’ve got, but I still want a dedicated performance from each and every one of you. So use the youth in our team to show the newly crowned Champions what we can do.

Defence: FB's look to get forward and back. Build from the back in possession. When defending be narrow, rigid back four.
Midfield: Bender you sit and patrol the back four. Sissoko and Witsel be box to box, look to link with the FB's. Sigurdsson pull the strings, be the creative force.
Strikers: Adebayor be the target man. Cisse play on the last shoulder, look to pounce.
General: Lets play possession football from the back. Slow build up, so it allows the FB's to join in and offer width. Dominate the midfield, and lets get a nice win.

Team Talk: Different formation today lads as we try something else in the first game of the cup. Don't underestimate Gotham but we should swat them aside.
Lindegaard: Be big and prove why you should be our number one next season
Defense: The back three center backs to act as a unit and keep control of the box. Get the ball wide to the wingbacks who will then bomb down the line and whip the crosses in.
Midfield: Capoue to sit back and protect the defense. This will allow Strootman to go box to box to damage Gotham's defense. Finally Gourcuff will be the creative heart of the team.
Strikers: Eto'o and Carroll to be strong in the air and terrorize their center backs. Get on the crosses that come in.

First game of this mini cup and under the new name i want you to give it your all and do the best you can , make sure to make chances and makes there not wasted.
GK; Say strong and defend your area , comand them if needed and be sharp and ready if they attack/counter attack.
Def: be strong dont allow them to beat you easily , push them wide if needed, try and win the ball and gain it to safety.
Motta: stay back help the defence, get stuck in and win balls
Sahin/Eriksen: use long balls and through ones to get to the wings/striker make sure they are used well dont be afarid to tackle if needed.
Erisken can push up if needed.
Wings: use the crosses well and cut in if needed make there full back really struggle and use your pace.
Striker: be ready for any headers/through balls , dont waste the chances and make sure they are used well.
