RFU and regional Cups

I am an outside bu8t follow the English Club rugby as I am a rugby fan.

Most English don't seem to like the lv and would like to replace it with and RFU cup which use to be played before.

Would you rather have an open draw like the FA cup where each couple of divisions are added in each round and always for fairtail stories or just for the top two divsions.

Or would you rather a set of regional cups such as South (could include london or be separate), midlands, west and north. You could have more regions but that can be discussed.

A regional cup would be on the same basis as the open draw with teams added each round, except the 4-8 region wins would play for the RFU cup. I think that alot of people would like to see the west cup as there are 3-5 teams all much of a muchness.

I think the RFU should go for an RFU cup. The LV cup is pretty much useless, i would prefer a Pro 12 A league as a development comp in all honesty.

I'd like to have a cup competition that has a similar format to the LV Cup, but involves the Championship sides too.
