A Touch of Cloth
First topic message reminder :
Anyone seen the trailers for Sky 1's "A Touch of Cloth"
It looks superb. Just the trailer has me laughing hysterically, and penned by Charlie Brooker, its probably going to be massively entertaining.
Not sure if it's a series or a one-off spoof - it looks like the sort of idea that might not work as a whole series.
Can't wait for this.

Re: A Touch of Cloth
My favourite line was right at the beginning during the bank heist where he pointing the gun in the face of a randomner and said: "Tell your grandchildren" "I'm gay" "Well you can write a musical about it."

I caught most of it last night, missed the first 5 minutes or so but managed to catch up pretty quickly.
It didn't really hit the heights that series 1 did for me.
My favourite part was when Cloth brought the picture of the suspect in
'Well in real life he's in colour and 3D!'
'Like Toy Story 3?'
'Of course I do it's absolutely magical, but what does that have to do with anything?'

Hadn't seen the first series, but watched the second, brilliant. Was a bit worried the actors wouldn't fit that kind of show but they're all superb. Going to try and catch a repeat of the first, my kind of humour!!!

Watched episode 1 of series 1 last night and got to say this is the funniest program I've seen in a long time. Particularly liked the visuals such as the block of flats being named "Peter Andre House" :-D

Series one was really excellent, and I rewatched it a little while ago. You've kind of spoiled the finale of it having already seen series two though
