The Euro Division Homepage XXVI
First topic message reminder :
Star Player bids will commence Wednesday (15th), and run to Friday (17th) at midnight, when bidding is closed. Who got who will be posted on Saturday all being well - and assuming it can't be done earlier. If you miss out initially, there will be a second round bidding process and you may make another bid on a player. All bids will be sealed and PM'd to Hero and sodhat. It should be made clear that you cannot make a big bid on a Star Player, and then not have the cash all at once. All money must be paid immediately, or you miss out. We aren't doing IOU's on it, and that applies to everyone.
To qualify for the second round you must have submitted a first round bid - you can't just wait and see what's left. If there are exceptional circumstances as to why you missed the deadline you may appeal to the runners, but these circumstances absolutely do not include "I was playing Ultimate Team for 4 days with the curtains closed."

Depends if everyone is able to.
I'm off for a swim (I'm at Coombe Haven in Hastings where its torrential rain, but I'm still going out in flip flops and shorts to the pool because I'm hardcore)

Don't know where the time goes, stores will now be playing Christmas songs and selling Christmasy products.
Going to see Mo Farah and other athletes who I don't care about tomorrow, Asafa Powell was supposed to be there but his injured.

We're starting this Monday. I told someone to put it at the top of this page but it didn't happen. It was said yesterday though. Tactics due 29th.

Marek Hamsik is potentially available for transfer from AC ALSOAM, however not to any team in the Premier League. Anyone in the Championship after a very very good AM?

Rolled around like someone had ripped his nose off when all he had was a brush on the face. He's as heinous as Busquets.
It will be 5-0 if we don't keep the ball. We gifted them their goals though, appalling keeping then defending.

Must be a Spanish thing
Not seen the goals but I heard they were both down to atrocious defending, which is where most WHU fans said need improving. I think Big Sam is sponsoring Barclays. "Don't pass it, ping it" has flashed up on the baord.

We don't look lik e we will score in open play but we can get at them with corners and free kicks. They've been lucky not to concede yet.
Collins had a mare, Jussi I can forgive. The worst thing is Nolan on the wing... why!? He's peripheral most games but when he's out wide its a waste of a player. Get Vaz Te on out there!

He's not much of a ball player! I prefer Tomkins with Reid so I hope it swaps. Look better now with Vaz on, more threatening.

Win's a win I suppose. Man Utd are going to concede loads of goals but hopefully it's the whole "We're gonna score 1 more than you" scenario.

I can see a few games where we concede a fair few more than we score looking at our defence and midfield. De Gea once again to rescue.

Re: The Euro Division Homepage XXVI
CB wise I presume he thinks that between Vidic/Rio/Smalling/Evans/Jones that we have enough cover which we should have, not many team have more than that.
A decent tackler/general in the midfield though is essential, whilst Fletcher may return we've never truly replaced Keane, Pogba was meant to be the long term replacement but he's scarpered off and any Utd fan knew that was the position we needed yet Fergie thought otherwise. It showed instantly v Everton that we cannot control the game v physical sides and we will get bossed out of the midfield.

No idea Gregers, unless Fergie is working on something shady. Maybe he's trying to convert Anderson/Cleverley?
CB's we have in abundance. How often does a team have 4 injured?

Re: The Euro Division Homepage XXVI
Much better performance from us today. Only a point, however we dominated the game, and should have won. Missed some great chances.
The QPR penalty, I must admit didnt have a great view of, but twitter seems to say it was harsh, and none of the QPR players appealed greatly for one. Clattenburg in general is a terrible ref, doesnt let the game flow, has to be the centre of attention.

Only Way Anderson is being converted to a DM is by continuing to eat at Greggs so he can literally become a wall that's unable to get around.

Andesron (see what I did there?) is a great player........... He and Holt must go bingeing together.
What's up with Newcastle's strip this season? The stripes are getting much wider and more Juventus-like each year.

Torressssssss! Again, and hazard scores
Wh Evans arguably not good enough, Rio aging and smalling injured I'd have thought you'd want another in. Dcm though you are really short.

That Hazard certainly is showing that the Premier League would be far too much of a step up for him and all those that felt he was not worthy of the price tag must be laughing now.

Philip Jones too.
All against diddy teams Hero and (I was going to say under-performing Newastle team but in fact they over-performed last year so just now they are "performing") Newcastle. Until he does it against the best then he can't be rated as highly as he thinks he should be.

BTW, Fabio got turned inside out by Snodgrass and Pilkington today, can see why Sir Alex sent him on loan. He aint good enough frankly

Hazard can only do it against what's put in front of him, and so far what's put in front of him has been unable to deal with him.

A Pre season warm up, nothing more, nothing less. Last season's Community Shield saw Utd batter City in their comeback, not quite the same when they met in the league a few weeks later.
