Pleased with the Forest win, 1st opening day win in 6 years and I expected us to start slow. Negotiating for 2 right wingers too

And Leicester have scored a 90th minute goal to put them in the play-offs at the expense of Bolton!

Well that hull games sounds absolutely mental.

Well it was bolton or your home town GSC - so hey thats not to bad.. Forrest where looking so good a week or so ago.!!

So Hull miss a pen which would have put them 3-1 up, and promptly concede a pen down the other end making it 2-2. Now Watford, who's game was delayed by injury as fate would have it, have around 10 minutes to get one more goal to send them up. You can not make this up!

watford fan here, oh my word what a day. Fair play to Cardiff and Hull, good luck next season, and have no doubt we will join them!

Congrats to Cardiff and Hull. And well done to the playoff sides. Top 6 probably the best 6 all season.

As for the playoffs I can't really pick a winner. Kinda like Palace.

I'll go with a Brighton v Leicester final.

As someone who stuck a couple of quid on Jackett at 6/1 shortly after he left Millwall, I hope its him

Whoever it is they need to be given more the 20 -30 games in charge

Hull have signed George Boyd on permanent deal. Looking forward to see Boyd playing in the Prem next season, he has worked his way up through the non league and is now playing in the best league in the world.

Millwall have also signed Jermane Easter. Good signing for them, he seemed to have a good loan spell from Palace.

Blackburn signing Chris Taylor from Millwall, Simon Eastwood from Portsmouth and Alan Judge from Notts County.

Judge is a good signing, i understand he was one of the best players in league one last season.

By the sounds of it the problem was him sniffing cocaine in the toilets of a night club. And he punched someone trying to video record him doing it!

Ipswich have signed Jay Tabb and Darryl Murphy. I expect them to have a play off challenge next season. Mind you i have said this the last couple of seasons then there team just does crap! But it will be different with Mick McCarthy.

Also fair to say Watford will need some new signings!

Leeds have signed Matt Smith from Oldham, good signing for them caused Everton and Liverpool a lot of trouble in the FA Cup last season. I expect Leeds to be a real force under McDermot next season anyway.

Matt Smith did nothing in Oldham's league campaign. I remember an old saying, along the lines of "never sign someone based on their FA Cup exploits". Otherwise people like Roy Essandoh would have graced the Premier League!

Couple of good signings for Barnsley FC

Chris O Grady signs from Sheffield Wednesday, he is a good target man for this level. Also Dale Jennings signs from Bayern, i find that very odd. Wasn't he tipped to be like the next big thing?
