NH rugby needs Chef de Missions!
It's the fast-track to improvement. Look at the Olympics - the British Team was rubbish until it became Team GB and appointed some Chefs de Missions.
Ladbrokes is offering good odds that an English club will appoint a Chef de Mission by Xmas.
And I, for one, think that it can't come quick enough.

NZ's CdM from London 2012 is looking for a job
And all the evidence suggests that having an NZ presence in management is the path to success for NH teams

SH countries have CdMs too? It's not just us that makes this stuff up?
The more the merrier I say. EPDs, DoRs, CdMs. EFTPOS, FIFO. All add to the armoury of formidable NH management culture.

Don't pretty much all OLympic teams (certainly the larger ones) have chefs de mission?
It's by no means new. I recall the German one being hauled up to utter glib nothings post the Munich outrage in 1972.
