Great wirte up mate. Really close at the top of Div 1, every game really matters now especially the division ones cos can't see all 4 teams making the play offs.

I don't think i'm going to be around at 6 to make changes to my team. Would there be any chance that if Tannehill doesn't start Moore could be moved into my team?

Been abroad for a week and luckily managed to get on line to pick up the Steelers D with the 49ers on bye. And when I say lucky... Very Happy

Whilst the Skins are looking bad these last two weeks, at least my other team is doing the job. Figured it mught be a tight squeeze earlier but then Johnson rips off a long one and the Steelers D looks like its stepping up so far, so may not need Bryant later. Pity I can't build a gap on 2Addai for when the bye's bite me.

I currently have a 35 point lead, but my opponent still has McCoy and Celek to play.

Why do I feel like relying on the Saints defense leaves me vulnerable chin

I'm Like you Sodhat, got a 32 point lead but my opponent has Vick still to play, surely the Saints defence can't let Vick get over 30 points!?

Well one of us will be upset by tomorrow!

I'm dreading it because I get the feeling they will focus more on the run with McCoy, and I saw the Saints get shredded by McGahee last week. So I'm pretty sure McCoy could put up some big points...

Phew, happy to get a win and end my 2 game losing streak. Luckily having 45 points left on the bench didn't stuff it up for me...

And well played All of the Lights, another impressive score (130+).

And so Division 3 is once more sub .500. Other results going my way mean I'm still top but I'm not sure how long it can last with 3 teams only 1 game behind. It's going to be very tight down the stretch. One thing is almost for certain, unless something miraculous happens Division 3 is only going to have 1 team in the playoffs. Such a tight division for only 1 team to get through.

I needed that win though, now I have to get another one to keep the pressure up or it might be game over if I drop a 7th game.

Just checked, the SM Matadors are in the playoffs (currently Wink )

6th ranked team.

Problem is got a tough 4 game stretch coming up, included 2 teams from the mighty Div 1 and finishing with a crunch Div 2 match up with top team Travelling Medicine Show.... boxing

Bit of a conundrum with my pick for the week here.

I have Cam or Flacco at QB, Cam being home to Denver, and Flacco home to Oakland. Which would you pick and why?

I also have a decision to make in the flex. I've got Bolden, Heyward-Bey, Manningham, Marcel Reece or Ogletree to go there...

Wow what a shocking last minute decision to drop Torrey Smith for Nate Washington! Washington currently on 0.5 points to Smith's 18.7!

And the first week I finally drop Rivers he decides to remember how to play again! Big loss coming up for me this week!

Awful week for me so far! Six players played and only 38 points on the board. It's all on my Steelers trio tonight to pull it out of the fire for me. To be honest, if it hadn't been for Vick's injury, I think you'd have been out of sight. That's kept it close enough for me to have a chance if Big Ben and the Steelers' D can have a good game tonight. I don't have high hopes for Wallace - he's went right off the boil over the last month after having had a good start to the season.

I wouldn't have won anyway, I don't think. I got very little from my usually reliable players in Turner, Decker and White.

Yeah - but I have an innate distrust of Joe Flacco. I always think he will have a stinker somehow.

I already felt dirty betting against the Raiders in my accumulator, I didn't want to compound it with having my fantasy QB in there too!

Must admit, I wouldn't trust Flacco in fantasy terms either. In fact, it's hard to trust anyone in that Baltimore offense in fantasy terms - just too up and down and you don't who the focal point will be from one week to the next. Anquan Boldin was a fantasy star until he went to Baltimore. I had him on my team the last couple of years - stuck with him the first year but last year ended up dumping him - just couldn't be trusted to contribute from one week to the next.

I would trust a high school team to put a few TDs on the Raiders right now Laugh

I guess my main thought was that we would be run all over again, so I imagined it would be Ray Rice with the gaudy numbers, not Flacco. I was pretty wrong.

Well, my Steelers trio came up short. Very frustrating - if I play Andrew Luck instead of Big Ben this week then I win. mad

That's both my East league and Keeper league teams on two game losing streaks. Both of them are going backwards at exactly the wrong point of the season. I'm both League's version of the Dallas Cowboys!!! Got a battle on my hands now to make the playoffs after looking good just a couple of weeks ago.

That's both my East league and Keeper league teams on two game losing streaks. Both of them are going backwards at exactly the wrong point of the season. I'm both League's version of the Dallas Cowboys!!! Got a battle on my hands now to make the playoffs after looking good just a couple of weeks ago.
Very lucky to have faced you this week then! A win with 67 points Shocked

Meanwhile I scored over 100 points and lost. In two different leagues. steam

Marcel Reece vs Saints, or Shonn Greene vs Rams...

Which is more likely to suck the least?
I think I'm going with Reece because of his receiving threat too.
My season is pretty much over at this point, but another loss would absolutely bury it!

Waiver wire is dire. My receivers are good on paper, but Poopie on the field. And I can't complain at leaving Tate on the bench when he had a 2 TD game cuz my oppo also left points on the bench. now I get RGIII back but CJ2K is on a bye. I hate bye weeks! Sad

Plus side - Andre Johnson got me 33 points.
Minus side - Blackmon with 29 points was on the bench.

Apologies people for not having updated the standings the last couple of weeks. Just been so busy and haven't had much time to get on here. Will hopefully get it done later. Reaching the business end of the season now - just two more regular season weeks to go. Like I said somewhere, I'm the Cowboys of fantasy football as my team has started turning in its worst performances just at the crucial time of the season and we've slipped out of the playoffs as things stand. Stopped the rot last night though with a win. Not sure if that will be enough to get me back in the top 6 though.

I am around 9 points ahead with my opponent having Crabtree to go tonight. I'm glad it's against the Bears and that it may be Kaepernick in over Smith, but I'm expecting to be overhauled still!

Man, you came up against the fantasy phenom that is RGIII. That Brady/CJ2K trade is looking better by the week! Crossing my fingers for 2 more wins and going in 10-3. Lot better than last season, but I fear the playoffs may expose my lack of scoring (receivers mainly). Then again...

So, my fantasy season is officially in the can! I may have got the win last night to move to 6-5 and stay in playoff contention but now I see I that Willis McGahee has been ruled out 6-8 weeks to with a torn MCL to go along with Gronkowski's broken arm. This all comes on top of me losing Big Ben last week and of course DeMarco Murray has missed the last few weeks! It all adds up to me having to play the last 2 weeks of our regular season without 4 of my top 6 draft picks Laugh

Oh, and one of my other top 6 picks was Bradshaw who I traded away for........ Hakeem Nicks! He of course has turned out to be one of the season's biggest sicknotes.

Maybe Murray makes it back for next week but I'm not holding my breath and to be honest, he wasn't exactly lighting the league up before he got injured.

Never mind, I'm sure Stephens-Howling will carry me to glory Laugh
