It was 21 or under on the date of the start of Week 1. Monday 27th August 2012.

Born on or after 27/8/1991

That true? Because I have M'Vila and Smalling who are both 22.

M'Vila was born on 29.06.1990
Smalling was born on 22.11.1989

So I am correct in saying M'Vila is ok, but Smalling is too old?

So Hazard isn't available? He was born 07.01.1991. Even though he is 21. Same with Ramírez who was born 02.12.1990. And is 21 as well.

It's meant to be U21, but because it's 21 and under, its being called U22.
