I doubt ESPN America will, Bull. ESPN itself shows Monday and the odd Thursday night game though, so keep an eye out.

ESPN America has tons of College football though.

Sky show Thursday night games. ESPN showed MNF last year but as of yet we're waiting on news whether they'll show it this season.

Good spot Wadey. Still not showing on the Channel 4 website though.
I've added it to the list. Smile

So, the Skins are on Sky in week 2. I did think there might be some early season curiosity around RG3. Otherwise, a Skins/Rams match up isn't very appealing to the audience at large!

The Beeb are awful. All they do is steal the US feed like Sky and C4 but instead of having Cadle, Carlson or Coombs they get bloody Jake Humphry(sp?).

Do not diss Norwich's finest Jake Humphrey warning

(I mean it is quality for me because I can watch it without having to use dodgy stuff)

They won't be dragging Jake Humphrey into a studio for regular bursts at 1am!

You can be sure of that.

Does this mean the Oakland vs San Diego game is on the BBC next Monday? It appears both games will be on next Monday - Bengals vs Ravens and Chargers vs Raiders.

I'll be honest, I've watched the last two Superbowls on BBC cos their expert pundits have been far better than Sky's. I was getting a bit fed up with Sky just feeding us any old American codger who happened to have walked past a football field once (Johnny Mitchell anyone???), then the Beeb popped up with Rod Woodson and Mike Carlson for their Superbowl coverage and blew them out the water. A Carlson/Woodson combo is about as good it gets. I can't imagine they'll have Carlson this year given that he'll be with C4 on Sunday nights but you never know. He worked for the Beeb during the Olympics commentating on the basketball so maybe we'll see him on C4 on Sundays and the Beeb on Monday's? Maybe just wishful thinking?

Does this mean that the Oakland game will be subject to a blackout? (not a question specifically aimed at you mikey, but for any game pass users!)

If it does then I will have to go to sleep straight from work and wake up for the game!

With the BBC showing two games on the red button next Monday, I thought I'd take a look at what is on their channels.

BBC1 is showing film then repeats, BBC2 is showing BBC News, BBC3 is showing repeats as is the BBC HD channel until 1.30am and then it has nothing on.

Much more important than a live sporting occasion they just purchased the rights for Rolling Eyes

Ok, stupid question time... Very Happy

Via Sky, how can I record the Football? Earlier in the evening I accessed the red-button but couldn't see any reference to NFl games being shown later. furious
Surely I dont have to wait until midnight (or whenever the prgoramme starts) to be able to record it?!?!

Basically, you can't. There isn't a red button channel listed anywhere on Sky. Yesterday's games are up on iPlayer though, so you could watch that way?
