Got some new chains, nothing kinky

Chains for powerlifting, they are 5/8" 5ft long and weigh 20kg each, they are my new beauties.

Getting bigger and stronger by the day, plan is April rip up so i look good for the family Holiday to Canne at the end of August , as of right now thou im eating like a Henry the 8th.

What's the difference between the Cigar Lounge and the Rugby Pub?

Don't they fulfil the same purpose or am I missing something?

No smoking in the Club house but in our illegal den "cigar lounge" deviants like you Cyril are free to enjoy your little vices.

As Breadvan says,it's an alternative place to chill out Cyril. Someone suggested it and it was created. It has been a bit quiet though.
They did some renovations during the Christmas break and PJ and getting together some artwork for the walls I believe.

click on address link of picture you want to upload, then right click/highlight address 'copy'
On the relevant post - preview post then click 'edit', then click 'host an image' icon from the menu. (the 15th from the left).
right click 'paste' above link into the URL field (or locate file from your hard drive), then click 'Host it'.

They've extended smoking bans in NSW from today. All train stations, bus stops, restaurant outdoor areas and 40m from workplace doors/lobbies. From 2015 it will include all outdoor areas. Sounds kind of heavy-handed but it's for everyone's good. One guy with a lung complaint believed it affected him (passive smoke) when he had to walk a few meters from a car door to the hospital doors. Poor bloke.

Also not too bad a law when you consider it's going to be 44° C (111.2°F) here tomorrow. I'm hoping that's an error.
Sydney has escaped the extreme heat of the inland areas but now it's apparently our turn. The record was 45.3° C (113.5°F) in January 1939. However, some people reckon it got up to 49.6°C (121.3°F) in Campbelltown and Penrith during the 2011 heatwave.

I would easily trade you guys in the NH ... let's say 20°C or 68°F... if that helps?

Feck that off! Honest question view, what'd get out of powerlifting? Keeping fit, wanting a huge body? etc..

Strength.

It's all about strength for me,
i used to be into bodybuilding but it's all show and no go.

Ever since i could remember im talking since i was four years old i wanted to be big and strong,Lou Ferringo and MrT were my heroes .
My Dad was a champion Body Builder in the amateur leagues so obvious massive influence on me growing up.
But ultimately iam fascinated with the human body and it's potential.
