What happens if England leave the Heineken?
If the French and the Celts stick with the ERC but the English clubs do not where does that leave the national side?

Do we really need yet another thread, what's wrong with the other 389,998,900 ones.

Then they're in limbo, Premier Rugby will be held liable for dealing a severe blow to English rugby, most likely most of the top tier of executives/board members etc will resign/get fired and their replacements will apologize and be granted re-entry. That's my prediction.

The English national side if the English clubs aren't in the European cups? I don't think it will have a massive impact. Not sure how getting kicked out in the groups does anyone any good.

+ infinity
Mind you if people can continue to unleash their hatred and bile on an obscure online forum, it probably makes the real world a much nicer place.

Probably not much, they have done it twice before, both times over money and it all being unfair on them etc....!
Can't see why they would leave they would lose shed loads of financing if they did.

The English teams have not been involved in Europe in previous years and they were not missed. I do enjoy seeing their sides but losing them will not weaken the competition in my opinion.

I disagree Shifty, without the English teams it means everytime I want to go see an away game I need to get on a plane!!!
English clubs would be missed by me, for numerous reasons, the Blues good record over them is just one.

Nothing probably, it has to be unlikely that England will leave on their own again and for all the posturing from the English and French clubs the idea that those 2 countries could agree on anything is a little far fetched to me
