Shelvey was out of control, but for me Evans is two footed and if one goes, both have to IMO

They will probably get out of jail again. But I've seen them four times this season and they have been poo in all of them.

Personally I'd have booked Evans for being a bit dangerous and Shelvey for being late. Evans being hurt shouldn't excuse him punishment.

Did I say penalties? I said in general

Moot point.

It was a dodgy penalty decision though, to match the equally dodgy red card to the opponent and its the difference between winning and losing the game.

Did you lot see what Shelvey said to Ferguson when he was making his way off the pitch after getting sent off.

"You paid the ref didn't you!"

And then you can see Ferguson with a wry smile on his face.

Yes the two decisions in this game have gone in Utds favour but in general Utd get less of the decisions, it's just that because Utd are such high profile that the decisions when they do go in Utds favour make the back page and therefore stick in people's minds more.

Apparently sales of the new iPhone5 have rocketed in Liverpool as the new longer length screen means they don't have to scroll down to see where they are in the table.

Typical that Man U get these decisions when the plucky sides fighting relegation (like Liverpool) need them more.

Why do they need them more? Utd are challenging for the title whilst Liverpool will sooner or later start to climb the table.

As shown though in the table I linked Utd do NOT get the majority of debatable decisions and actually lost the league last season due to it.

And that table also proves that Norwich do not. I'd like to see who made that table

They just tend to be worse decisions that go uniteds way then!

I wouldn't trust that table if I were you.

For starters, It claims United were -3 to city's -4, yet they win the league by 5 points. If they can't get the simple arithmetic right, how can you trust them to get the actual decisions right

Does it take account of blatant decisions missed for other clubs against United too?

Lets all just agree that the referee could have done a better job. But he is also a family man aswell. When the opportunity comes where you can make some easy money then you have to take it. At least now his family won't starve to death.

You wanna see some bad refereeing, watch Neil Swarbrick refereeing this Norwich game. Soft pen for Newcastle, but some of his general decisions have been awful

I'm certain there is no foul play involved at all.

I just think the referee was appalling.

I imagine Shelvey will get a hauling over the coals by the FA for his comment to Fergie.
