Zidane - Italy

Viva - England

Here’s how it basically works.
You have a budget of 100m to purchase a squad with the following stipulations:

1. You MUST have a minimum of 6 players from the country designated to you.
2. You MUST have a minimum of 3 players that were born on or after 1st October 1991.
3. You CANNOT go over the squad limit of 25.

To buy your squad then you must make sealed bids for the players. How this works is that you check the value of the players on TM, the MINIMUM cost is what their value is on there, but you can bid more than that as others may wish to buy that player. The maximum value of a player that you can bid for is £12m although may wish to bid more than that in order to acquire him.
So for example;
Bull places a sealed bid of 875k for Paul Scholes as that is the TM value.
Viva places a sealed bid of 1m for Scholes as he thinks others may be bidding for him.

Viva therefore wins.

ALL squads are PM’d to myself and a designated neutral party (to ensure fairplay I will send my squad list first so it cannot be said I’ve gazumped anyone). I then reveal who has got which player in the first draft.
We continue the process until everyone has then spent up and we move onto the Star Player bid which works under the same principle although you have a budget of 25m + whatever remained from your normal bids for ONE player who has a value up to 25m

Clarification: Betting players or money between 2 clubs is strictly prohibited

It was some commentary. When he was at West Ham, he was a really tireless player if I remember correctly. Chased everything.

At times now, he looks like he can't be bothered, but has the flair in adundance.

He's gone from being like Tevez, to being like Berbatov

I still can't believe we sold him. Must have fallen out with someone because he was really excellent for us.

The thing that sticks out to me is his ball striking. He has one hell of a left foot.

Tsk, tsk. You know as well as anyone that a good manager isn't the one with the Galacticos squad. Azzy would need to see how you use them to make that judgement surely

Laugh

What a buffoon. I guess anyone who leaves a club then becomes a 'reject' to some people. Especially if they leave and go to play with a bunch of Johnny Foreigners.

I'm sure Diamanti doesn't mind being labelled that as he and Italy beat England and go on to the final, of course.

True dat. Plenty of managers will have good squads once we kick off, but it's in the tic-tacs that I'll judge these new kids. I fully expect the older, wiser heads to prevail over these kids that think Diamanti was good. I mean, Guy Mowbray has watched a lot of football, so if he says Diamanti was rubbish, I'll believe him Cool

No, she was just a bit old. I was only about 10 and she was 85ish, which is like great grandmother age.

Sodhat, you're okay in my book. Sending your dead nan to a dead serial killer is just the kind of thing that makes this league what it is Laugh

I've always thought Diamanti was rubbish. Still do. If trying is so important, why did Robbie Savage never win Player of the Season? West Ham were rubbish when he was there, and seeing how he's developed post-Hammers, you lot should be well bitter.

We're a bitter bunch anyway!
The only players that get cheered on there returns are Tevez, Rio and Carrick.

Some people still hate Ince, which irks me because I want us to sign his son! It'll never be accepted though.

Didn't Robbie Savage win the most glorious hair of the year award?

Just bought Rocksmith rather than Fifa. Well, I didn't actually buy it, my mate did, because I walked around London for an hour and didn't find a single shop that sold games.

If I had wanted a double espresso skinny mochaccino I would have been able to fill my boots.

Where is the YOLO for the people who make a change to the world, the doctors who, the firemen, the police, the soldiers, thats YOLO not this crap Drake fan boys/girls come out with.

Don't you ever say YOLO again.

Mighty PM me your answers.

AN to the uncool guys of the league, Hero and Afro YOLO = You Only Live Once. It's some motto made by a Canadian rapper who thinks his really badass, and says it after doing something which is supposed to impress but really its childish and stupid.

Haha, I was waiting for someone to get annoyed with it. It also annoys me so I figured see who else it annoys. As Olly is the gangsta boi I figured he'd be on it. Seems Viva knows his "street" lingo too
