Here’s how it basically works.
You have a budget of 100m to purchase a squad with the following stipulations:
1. You MUST have a minimum of 6 players from the country designated to you.
2. You MUST have a minimum of 3 players that were born on or after 1st October 1991.
3. You CANNOT go over the squad limit of 25.
To buy your squad then you must make sealed bids for the players. How this works is that you check the value of the players on TM, the MINIMUM cost is what their value is on there, but you can bid more than that as others may wish to buy that player. The maximum value of a player that you can bid for is £12m although may wish to bid more than that in order to acquire him.
So for example;
Bull places a sealed bid of 875k for Paul Scholes as that is the TM value.
Viva places a sealed bid of 1m for Scholes as he thinks others may be bidding for him.
Viva therefore wins.
ALL squads are PM’d to myself and a designated neutral party (to ensure fairplay I will send my squad list first so it cannot be said I’ve gazumped anyone). I then reveal who has got which player in the first draft.
We continue the process until everyone has then spent up and we move onto the Star Player bid which works under the same principle although you have a budget of 25m + whatever remained from your normal bids for ONE player who has a value up to 25m
Clarification: Betting players or money between 2 clubs is strictly prohibited

That happens at work all the time. My boss does it, he'll be talking to someone at his desk and he'll answer the phone if it rings rather than wait for a voicemail.
People may cut more slack for work stuff but I don't, it's irritating.

Have you ever considered doing stand up Bull?
I'd go and watch you complain about things, and how nothing that has ever existed is amusing. I bet that would actually be a hit.

I consider it rude, but everyone does it and it's becoming a part of society. When I'm eating or am out I don't really look at my phone. At work we have radios so we can't really not interrupt each other, as the radio takes priority.

Yeah but I've seen him laugh at something before. I don't know if Bull has ever laughed.

Nope that's it.
Unfortunately though I'm on my mobile at the moment sat at the back of my kids school whilst they have a film night watching Ice Age 4 so it'll be a while before I get chance to sort through the teams submitted this afternoon and then publish results.

Re: Euro Division Homepage XXXII
Depends on if any of the other runners are about to check over the teams before I publish them, I hopefully will have them correct but there's probably one or two that may creep through so please respect that if it occurs and realise that you may have to have a player recalled if that's the case.

Seriously, to "lead" that Man U side to what, 6th? Shocking. And it's 100% down to lack of effort.
