You have several players that I'd normally be interested in (Holtby, Draxler, Sterling etc), but none are Spanish unfortunately.

Realised I cannot do Drogba and Totti atm as I would be short 1 Italian.

A loan swap, and then after the 3 weeks, and if we both agree, I pay you £2m to make the moves permanent.

There's a min of 3 weeks for a loan and no recall allowed within the first 3 weeks

Yeah, I would definately consider that, although I am restricted by my Italians as you say. I don't have much room for manouvre to get that Italian though with no cash and not that big a squad to be able to negotiate.

Everyone (except Verratti and Tevez) have their price, but it would take a lot for Mirallas or Afellay, and I can't see a deal.

I picked up Matip as he covered both DM and CB, as Fazio wasn't in my original picks, but he now provides the injury cover should i need it at DM.

The bit I am weighing up isn't Sterling, it's Drogba playing in China affecting his rating.

I have an alternative target and I am trying to weigh between them.

I don't think Drogba is the answer to my CF space as I just think he will be marked down for playing in China.

He is too much of a risk to lose Afellay for Sterling.

I know. I'm not keen to lose Afellay at all, and whilst Matip is available, I want to try and utilise his TM value to the max in order to improve elsewhere.

If you get the cash, then I will not sell him without giving you the chance to match it, but I would be looking at what I would get in a lawyers offer which may take him out of what you would want to pay (£11m)

Sorry, but not interested in any of those now. Drogba is too much of a risk playing in China, whilst I was never really keen on the other two and they were just making up the numbers.

I have another CF target now, so Matip will take £11m cash or players to that value on TM. Afellay will take more than that atm.

He was on the bench against QPR, but didn't feature (despite missing Fellaini, when we needed a DM, he brough Heitinga on).

They have given him a contract until January to assess him further, so I am expecting him to get game time when we are either winning comfortably or we are struggling with injuries.

He has looked alright in the couple of ressies games he played in though.
