AAC cleared of serious injury...will miss argentina
Good to see given he looked out for the count.

Hard to fault this guy in terms of his commitment. Always gives it all and even stopped the try while getting knocked out for it.
Oz are lucky to have AAC. One of their most loyal players even if sometimes overshadowed by the stars when they're around. One of those who have a knack of being in the right place.

Glad to hear. Stopped a certain try because a conventional 'head to the side' tackle wouldn't have stopped Kirchner's momentum.
Still, as heroic as it was, it wasn't pretty and certainly not something to teach the kids...

And we got so see his face-plant several times over in slow-mo thanks to the TMO.
Anyways, Glad he's OK. Thats the second match against in a row the Boks that he's flown in to make a try-saving tackle. Can't fault the guy for commitment.

No, nor the tackling of two players at the same time! Sure throws himself around for the cause.

I still swear that if you tackle two players at the same time you have to be penalised for at least one of the tackles...
Glad to see he's gonna be ok this time though. After being that seriously concussed, he should seriously consider some serious time out though.
Too little is made of concussion IMO.

True, either one is early or the other is a late tackle.

I thought it was dangerous or high but it was actually one tackle after the other in the same movement- he kind of leaped from one to the other.
Either way not recommended but the way he stopped hat try was just as courageous as it was dumb/ dangerous to himself- virtually head butted the guy into touch- anything less wouldnt have got that tiny part of the foot onto the white line...gotta give him credit for his commitment if not anything else... compare that to one Quade Cooper and the 'commitment' comparison goes out the window...

Quade would most likely made sure he didn't get there, if you don't attempt a tackle it doesn't count as a missed tackle.

Or he'd have tried to put his foot under the ball as he did to Read a few weeks ago, or, slapped the try scorer round the head after the try was scored...

AAC is a legend, glad its just a concussion but hope he takes some time out to recover. Look forward to seeing him back in action up here in the NH in November!
