From the recent Rugby Championship:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03MaVWyY6zo

No agonising over how to "respond"
No arguments over sequence and protocol
No disrespect from a crowd trying to "drown it out"

An amazing spontaneous response in some kind of mass theatrical spectacle, hissing and whistling in the quiet parts and then respectful appreciation at the end. Brilliant stuff, wonderful entertainment that truly set the scene, and then we got on with the game.

Makes you think...

Yes fantastic sight to see that! But also somewhat sad for a proud NH club to have enough mercenaries to get a Haka out !? Erm

?????? - run that by me again, Pain? Are you including all (most) NH sides in that judgement or just selecting Munster?

Let's use the word 'mercenary' accurately. It's a European party, everyone partakes and Munster by IRFU law usually have fewer than many of their European neighbours.
(Yeah, it was a good moment...that's all the response needed Ok! )

Not trying to be sarcastic or anything (well maybe a bit!), but how did Munster manage to persuade the All Blacks to let them do a Haka/do theirs first/mess with the running order, etc?

The All Blacks aren't the only team who do these war dance things. Some of the PI nations do them as well,IIRC.

And it was not a psychological advantage to the ABs because Argentina were on top for 15 minutes and scored a peach of a try first up.

Makes you think...

what exactly? that the precious ABs have cornered the market on pre match pre amble?

I am more concerned about they concerned the market on during-match activity at the moment Mowgli! and I think so should be the other teams and fans, and like ARG, not get distracted!

No Argentina contributed to that. They won the anthems by a long way. Their stadium and passionate crowd built the atmosphere. The ABs iced it.
