Countries for Reboot

Zidane - Italy

Viva - England

Here’s how it basically works.
You have a budget of 100m to purchase a squad with the following stipulations:

1. You MUST have a minimum of 6 players from the country designated to you.
2. You MUST have a minimum of 3 players that were born on or after 1st October 1991.
3. You CANNOT go over the squad limit of 25.

To buy your squad then you must make sealed bids for the players. How this works is that you check the value of the players on TM, the MINIMUM cost is what their value is on there, but you can bid more than that as others may wish to buy that player. The maximum value of a player that you can bid for is £12m although may wish to bid more than that in order to acquire him.
So for example;
Bull places a sealed bid of 875k for Paul Scholes as that is the TM value.
Viva places a sealed bid of 1m for Scholes as he thinks others may be bidding for him.

Viva therefore wins.

ALL squads are PM’d to myself and a designated neutral party (to ensure fairplay I will send my squad list first so it cannot be said I’ve gazumped anyone). I then reveal who has got which player in the first draft.
We continue the process until everyone has then spent up and we move onto the Star Player bid which works under the same principle although you have a budget of 25m + whatever remained from your normal bids for ONE player who has a value up to 25m

I was on at once at 12am in order to make a TP, but got bored and went and got a bag of crisps instead.

Came back at 12.02 and all the players that had become available, were gone Laugh

Pity for Mouse as it was him I was doing the TP for.

I am in the bracket of never on at 12am, always on at 12pm

I very doubt ill be on at 12am. If there is a player I really really really want then I may just force myself to be on.

Question: who here watches WWF? I heard HHH retired, is this true?
Asking as he was my fav when I used to watch it all those years back

Owen Coyle has been quietly sacked today, shame, I liked him. Wasn't working at Bolton for some reason. Hopefully he gets another chance somewhere.

That was the campaign's strapline. It was trademarked and everything. Only Sodhat had official licence to use it on merchandise.

HHH hasn't retired fully, but he wrestles less. He's a high ranking official in WWE now.

The Rock will be back in November/December through to next March or so. Undertaker hasn't retired yet, but he only wrestles once a year at WrestleMania these days.

Shawn Michaels has gone. Hogan is at TNA.

Hogan is like 58

Warrior made too many enemies to come back now. Hogan hates him, so TNA is out, and he and WWE hate each other so that's not likely.

They'd work together for money though.

Genuine animosity between all concerned. Warrior wasn't really a popular guy in wrestling circles, and he burnt a lot of bridges. As I say though, if there is money to be made, they'd make it if it suited them.

Your Ultimate Team is a cracking team. My goalscorer was Leon Osman Whistle

And the 81st minute penalty you 'won' was the softest penalty I've ever seen on FIFA. I thought I'd won a free-kick Rolling Eyes

Good game though, it's a challenge using Matthew Etherington to mark both Sagna AND Sanchez...

Nah I prefer 13. 12 is too defense focused. 13 you can be more creative attacking....well it depend who you play.
I cant defend to save my life at times.

12 was defensive, yeah, but the gameplay was better to me. I'm crap at the defending on it to be fair, and it's pretty irritating when you move a defender and he just gets out of the way to let the striker score.

Thats irritating yes but you know whats more irritating?
When you hold the trigger and pass, the player whos released the ball makes a forward run...but NOOO because the they person your playing is a FILTHY Busquets and slides in taking your player out, no free kick and your players run has been stopped. When they repeat this for every time you make a pass it becomes ridiculous.....mentioning no names!!
Viva should know who I mean and the Filthy Busquets knows who he is lol Wink
