Connacht Rugby: The Wests Awake
The fly on the wall documentary for Connachts first Heineken Cup season is going to be on Wednesday at 21:30.
To be honest I think it looks class. Here is the promotion for it.

I was lucky enough to have seen all four provinces play away matches last season in the Heineken Cup and their fans certainly brought as much passion as Munster, Leinster and Ulster.
This looks like a great production and hopefully we will see new guys join the likes of McSharry, Griffin, O'Halloran, Renshaw etc.

Re: Connacht Rugby: The Wests Awake
I read up on this, its the same maker that did a similar one when Munster won th eH-cup for the first time.
He was orginally planning just doing Connacht in H-cup, but covered the whole season, write up said he was surprised that when the season starting going badly, that he was still given full access to the team, when most teams would have closed up to reporters.
Highlight will be win over Quinns, but there will be plenty of lows, finish in 8th Best ever league finish, all in was a good year for Connacht.
I expect a better H-cup this year, and to be honest Connacht are a team the West can be proud of.

Its on TG4 Ozzy but it will always end up available elsewhere.
Its like when they did that "Munster Rugby - A Limerick Love Affair" documentary.
Golden I agree - lovely blue kit it was.

The tremble in Elwood's bottom lip when he says "I want to f@£&king win. Badly." is something else. Looking forward to it. Will the voiceover likely be in Irish?

Looks a cracking documentary. Great quote someone told me;
"If you never give up, you'll win in the end"
Not tonight, obviously, but you know- eventually

Watching that makes me almost jealous of the passion, we have that passion back now I think, and we'll need every ounce of it and more to catch and overtake Leinster.
I hope to see that Connacht passion on full display in Ravenhill tonight. And met with an equal or greater passion of our own.
