Not overly interested in Toulalan, unfortunately I see him as just "making up the numbers" in this deal.

Im quite picky when it comes to a midfielder to replace Kroos as you can tell.

Suggest an alternative then.

Note to you both, if you both agree a deal in lieu of Kroos becoming available again you cannot back out of it. We will employ legal contractual standards which would tie you both to the deal...

Mainly because I get the feeling this deal being done will put a few other deals in motion, and any backing out will balls teams plans up.

Note to All Kroos enquirers:

He is currently on loan and will return to FC Murder after Season 2 Gameweek 1.
FC Murder have two priority Fgn Transfer Targets which we are hoping to recruit on 12/02/2013. Therefore we cannot replace Kroos until 19/02/2013 at the earliest.
FC Murder will listen to all serious offers up to this date. Offers must be in the region of £35m minimum. Ideally we would like £39m but this is what negotiations are for.

I have one defo target to sign on 12th.

Bombarding me with offers is making my head explod like Soddy heard. I need a moment to figure out which if any offer allowes me to do the most with TP targets and so on.

Zebra, all I'm saying is I have cash. If you want cash, you need to say so now otherwise I'm going to use it elsewhere to sign TP's next Tuesday.

If you want a p/ex deal, I'll be in a better position to do that in a couple of weeks. I've made you a fair offer which gives you a load of cash now and I have to suffer my first game without Kroos.
