Defeats are the key to good fights... in this case
Ok, let me explain.
Ricky Hatton would not be returning if he hadn't been sparked by Pac man in such a devastating manner, IMO. Personally I wish he was still retired, but he isn't and it is exciting to have him back, no one can deny.
Amir Khan was all guns blazing to stay in the states and chase Floyd, Pac and the world. Sadly he got spafooned (just coined it) by Garcia after he had a controversial defeat to Cheaterson and has had to drop down a bit in level to rebuild.
Kell Brook is undefeated but didn't look brilliant against Jones late on.
They can all make welter. They are all British, and they are all vulnerable. These three must fight. Think of it. Money, there. Interest, there. Crowd size, and network interest is all there. Also, Hatton is his own man in terms of promotion. Khan can do business in GBR with whoever he likes and Hearn has Sky's backing.
These are fights all three of them will fancy, and I really hope we see these three fight next year.
Also, if Hatton is going to lose in a comeback, I would rather it was for a Brit's benefit.

On a side note. Fraudley, on SKY - YES WE CAN!!!

Can Hatton come back to his best?? Imo he can and he would destroy Khan if they fought. Brook would also destroy Khan to much skill for him. Hatton v Brook would be a great fight imo Brook should become world champ and Hatton should have a rematch against Malinnagi who is also a world champ and then Brook v Hatton would be a huge fight to see who the number 1 is! I would love to see all these fights next year if Hatton fought Khan then the loser should retire imo but I cant see Khan winning that he would get bullied by Hatton.

Re: Defeats are the key to good fights... in this case
saw khan and brook spatting on ringside the other day, once brook has won the IBF, and khan has beaten molina and another top 10 ranked opponent, i can see the fight happening. probably winter 2013.
if hatton is back near his old self, i think he'll target malinaggi (and im all aboard the hatton train already) and if he wins will fight khan/brook winner in a unifaction fight after a few easy opponents.
obviously any of the above could end at any moment with a loss, and i think khan/brook what evaporate if either did lose. hatton might be a little more willing to fight one of them after a loss, but theirs a lot of talent and names at the weight.

These would be great fights to happen I would like to see al of them and lets not forget that Brook schooled Mathew Hatton so there could be bad blood there. If Hatton beat Malignaggi and Brook beat Alexander which I think they will then that would be a huge fight and the winner would be number 1 in the division.

it definetly would put them in line to fight bradley (who i consider true no.1) for the right to be called so. dont think manny will get involved with any of the above bar hatton, he can make more money fighting cotto or marquez again and will probably retire soon after.
