Which method of injuries?

This is not binding, but I felt the urge for a poll and this is the present thing being discussed.

I think 1 long term (i.e 4 weeks) and 1 random?

I think it should be the new method. For me it'll be good to know and plan teams accordingly, especially with a lot of uni work coming up.

Old way. Much easier to manage.

With 16 managers I'm sure that people would quickly spot any player that shouldn't be playing.
I've been in a couple of leagues where this is done and it works really well, it's actually less work for the admins as its only required to be done once every 4 weeks and it stimulates transfers when it occurs unlike the current system that is just an annoyance.

Why force people to trade the players they've drafted? If I lose 4 of my preferred starting XI then I really don't want to trade them, but have to else I'm down by four men. Seems rough on all concerned really.

You're not forced into trading them, but most people prefer to use the opportunity to make the most of it and offload the 3&4 week injuries.

Why not agree to give the new system a try for the initial four weeks, and if the consensus is that it sucks, we revert?

I don't mind the method but I'm not a fan of trading injuries

I dont mind either but I really wont be trading my injured player just to get none injured players. If I have to play weaker players and lose games I will do so.

Its not necessarily fear either. In most cases blokes will just go along with stuff for a quiet life.

We want the ability to watch stuff, play stuff, work and sleep. Occasionally we want sexy time too.
