3rd Tier
Worcester Warriors (14 tries) 90 - 3 Rovigo
Perpignan (14 tries) 90 - 12 Bizkaia Gernika RT
Irrespective of what happens for the future top tier of European competition, surely a 3rd tier is needed? Do these sort of high scores from lower level sides who aren't even putting out full strength teams do anybody any favours? To my mind it certainly devalues the Amlin as a potentially competitive entity.

That's almost exactly what the Anglo-French plan to reform the European competitions said. Though they didn't have the same stance as you do in your first sentence.

Didn't play, neither did Charteris or Strokovich. It was basically Perp seconds - which shows what a mismatch this was.
