General Manager?(Spoilers)

How many times are they going to rehash old story lines, wasn't Vickie general manager before, then quit, was humiliated then after a few weeks re-installed as general manager.

What was the point of flavor of the month AJ becoming general manager again, oh I have just answered my own question because that's just it wwe/Vince can't see past their god dam noses when it comes to booking a well thought out story with drama and intrigue, If it happens you can bet you're ass its 99% luck. Case in point by all accounts they are yet to come up with a finish presumably because they want CM Punk to still keep the championship but would also like Ryback to maintain his streak and momentum, I think that's what you call booking your self into a corner because you don't have the foresight to see further then your d!ck. How can the main story of the show still not have a conclusion a month or two before let alone a week before.

So raw kicked of with the flavor of the month match of course I mean the tag team final match, Cole was having an orgasm on how important the tag tiles have become suddenly.Then I sat there earlier watching John Cena come to the ring and talk thinking I have heard this same monotone voice and words 1000 times I really am bored. I got as far as Vickie coming out and turned it off (Last week I only got halfway through also because I was so fu%$ing bored. The 3 hour raw is way to long. The same squash matches over and over again. How many times have we seen Del Rio beat Ryder with the armbar or Kane vs the Big Show in a snail pace match. CM Punk had so much potential but instead of keeping him the outspoken voice for us and what we think about John Cena etc they have turned him into the old cliche of full on heel just so their no.1 star isn't hurt by the remarks that were being made.


Its a shame they keep selling out arenas around the world,its a shame they make huge profits, its a shame they will be around as a superpower for decades to come because nothing will change while all that is booming.

I look back to all the lost hours of sleep, the lost money shelling out for countless predictable PPV's saying to myself, this is the one where it changes everything, this is the one where it will define a new era in wrestling but like so many left feeling at 4am like I'd been punched in the gut by your closest friend. Was it all worth it, no not anymore. So because they won't change, I'm going to. I will stick to the old school and hey days when I was in my teens and may stay on here but as a wrestling fan of wwe NOW, not any longer.

My bad, I did genuinely forget, I've had alot going on. Then too much time had gone by to really be bothered to start again.

I know exactly how you feel. I stopped watching a month or two back now. I keep reading up on whats happening in case something major happens or it suddenly gets better. But the main thing I think after reading Raw results is - thank god I spent 5 mins reading that instead of 3 hours watching it!
I will keep looking up and I'm sure I will give the Rumble to Mania a go but this is the closest I have ever come to giving up completely.

And me, I'm pretty much there to be honest. Rumble to mania, while being exciting for the big matches is still predictable guff, Taker wins, Cena will win the title. Nothing ground breaking happens anymore and I just don't enjoy it as show now predictable or not.

I still keep up with the Spoilers, and anything worth seeing is available on YouTube. I got fed up with the same guff week in week out, and feel its been justified as i have not missed anything of note.

maybe you ruin it for your self by reading spoilers?

Nah, not for me anyway. I started reading spoilers after I was already bored of the show, as I used to always watch before coming on here.

Its not a bad thing really, being on here i still have a pretty good idea of whats going on, and if its on somewhere then i can always gather whats happening, so feel like i know whats happening without having to put myself through 3 hours of torture.

Its not as if they are the most advanced storylines lately anyway!

I stopped watching between Feb-July, the whole Punk heel turn hooked me back in

I thought Vickie getting another main role was hilarious, not in a good way though, who do they think actually tunes in to see her?

I havent watched a full episode of Raw or Smackdown in years. I just record WWE Experience on a Sunday morning and fast forward through most of that.

Its got to the point where i dont really care about new stars being pushed, all im interested in are the marquee matches and the big names appearing - Brock, Rock, Taker, Austin etc.

I'll definately keep an eye on things between Rumble & Mania as i always do.

It is Vince's world after all, he does what he likes. I don't care about who's pushed and who's not now anymore.

I haven't watched since Mania.

I haven't watched for a long time either, I think the last Raw I fully watched was around the Summerslam with Cena vs. Punk.

Does anyone think this could be why the standard of the Wrestling Boards have gone downhill a bit? Are we all just getting bored/Growing out of Wrestling a bit?

That applies to me, its only taken 29 years. I've grown up now though, got a son and am into watching In The Night Garden instead. The booking is better and Iggle Piggle has an intruiging gimmick and has more charisma than Alberto Del Rio.

it is mostly for childern now so the majority of people on here wont find it interesting anymore........i dont watch wwe or keep up with it anymore unless something happens on the show that is funny or a "big" moment. i prefer watching impact wrestling now because at least most people on that roster have unique characters and good storylines e.g aces and eights. wwe is predictable boring and sometimes embarrasing to watch with bland charisma drained superstars. .....apart from dolph ziggler

I always thought macca pacas stone gimmick was the stand out part of that show, its intriguing and really keeps you tuning in for more, they need to pull the trigger on macca pacca and make him the focal point of that promotion and if he doesn’t go over the uber face that is iggle piggle clean on next week’s show I will riot!

I didn't come on a wrestling forum. I came on a multi sports forum and didn't even look at the wrestling section. But it was the most recent topic on the summary page.

All I've watched this year is Elimation Chamber, Wrestlemania, Extreme Rules, Raw 1000 and YouTube clips of Punk's best bit and Team Hell No sketches.

Lets be fair E.D has a point here, just because your interest is failing doesn't mean the rest of ours is

I agree with you, Makka Pakka could be huge if they let him go over Iggle Piggle. I wonder if The Tomliboos will be the next big stable to dominate? I can see a fued with the Pontipines at some point. If i was creative though i'd book a Hell on the Ninky Nonk match between Iggle Piggle and Makka Pakka, maybe have Upsy Daisy as the love interest. That would get the buyrate up.
