Did it really take rugby genius John Kirwan to finally award Frank Halai a super rugby contract?

One of the most exciting attacking players ever to wear a black jersey (for the NZ 7's). Countless times the top try scorer in a sevens tournament he is a lightening fast, terrifyingly physical, hugely skilled and immensely fit.

For some reason he's been overlooked in the past, but watch this space I can see Frank Halai tearing up Twickenham in 2015 with the AIG Blacks.
