Adam Rank proposes a 20% increase in standard fantasy roster sizes to reduce player unemployment.
Plus, he proposes an improvement in healthcare by adding 1 IR spots to fantasy rosters in 2013, rising to 4 by 2016 in to avoid injury related waiver wire drop offs.

More often than not, when an American League team wins the World Series the Republicans win. When a National League team wins the World Series the Democrats win.
