Sin Cara

From my understanding, Sin Cara cannot speak a great deal of English.

This made me wonder last night, with such an elaborate moveset that involves a lot of meticulous training and explanation, how does Sin Cara tell the opponent what move is going to be next?

They'll probably talk through it before the match with a translator, or he's put with somebody who can speak both languages.
