Yes that's one of the rules now Fan, any transfer made on tactics day cannot be used in the tactics, similar to RL where they are not registered in time etc.

I don't think you can stop that deal. It might be that viva just happens to want Danilo, then Cherries just happens to want to pay a bit more.

I think we can as everything Cherries posted is quite good evidence that he is trying to bend the rules. We might as well not have TP limits if managers are just going to try and find ways around it
